The Lean Supplier Institute
We work with you, the host organization, to conduct a one-day Lean education session for your suppliers’ management teams. Together, we state the case for Lean throughout the supply chain to complement your own efforts. The session addresses the strategies and tactics of Lean and is capped by a simulation exercise during which they experience conversion to Lean. Following this experience, we ask for their commitment.
